Each vessel was purpose-built for a specific mission and finished to the exacting standards the program demands. The tenders were built in the United States at Hodgdon's Damariscotta, Maine facility and designed by Michael Peters Yacht Design.

The 40-foot Limousine Tender was built for guest transport, where privacy and presentation are paramount.
